Project Specification

Innes House is a fabulous 5000 acre estate located by Elgin in North East Scotland, privately owned by the 5th generation of the Tennant family. At the heart of the estate is a fabulous exclusive use 20 bedroom historic house, and also several self-catering lets scattered across the land.

Client Objectives:

• Conduct a Business Review of the hospitality side of the estate

• Propose a forward Strategy Plan and Action Plan to drive the business forward.

• Appoint a marketing agency and work closely with the agency to to carry out a rebrand and create a new website

• Create a working Sales and Marketing Plan which the staff onsite could use as a basis for the following year’s activity

• Improve the in-house events systems and processes

• Assist with the team development

The Results

Innes House’s positioning in the exclusive use market has now been elevated to a more appropriate level which properly equates to the quality of the hospitality offering, the business now has a stronger basis from which to further develop into the future, the team are more confident in their abilities dealing with client enquiries, and event bookings are looking much more promising moving ahead.
