Our approach is grounded in relationship building and knowledge sharing. We have various options for short, medioum and long term business support to choose from, depending on your needs.
Option 1: 1 Hour Complimentary Introduction Chat
Option 2: Business Health Check over 1 or 2 Days (depending on location as a Site Visit is included)
Option 3: Full Business Review plus Strategic Action Plan
Option 4: Business Review, plus Strategic Action Plan, plus hands on practical support to work with the in-house team and implement the agreed changes.
Option 5: Option 4 plus ongoing check ins to monitor performance and provide support once all the main set up work has been achieved.
Option 6: In addition to the above packages, we also offer straight forward day rates for specific projects and can work flexibly with you to fulfil business needs, with pricing always discussed and agreed in advance of any work being carried out.
Option 7: Sales and Marketing Representation - we can also support with specific areas of your business such as sales and marketing, providing outsourced ongoing representation, working as your outsourced Sales and/or Marketing Manager, proactively seeking new clients, and helping you drive your business forward. Pricing for this service would generally quoted be on a monthly retainer model.
